Our entire focus is trauma recovery. This practice is dedicated to treating PTSD major Criterion "A" experiences—such as sexual violence, childhood abuse, severe accidents, medical crises, violent assaults, and other situations where life or safety was threatened. When trauma disrupts rest, trust, or joy, you deserve care from a team deeply immersed in healing these wounds.
Our approach is structured: Evaluate → Pinpoint → Resolve. We identify the exact memories and triggers, then apply EMDR and EMDR 2.0 through WeMind while guiding brief, engaging tasks—like mental math, shape tracking, color recognition, or reverse counting. These tasks occupy working memory, reducing the intensity of recall and allowing the brain to re-store the experience in a calmer state. When appropriate, we incorporate gradual exposure techniques, and for eligible adults, we provide psychedelic-assisted therapy with careful preparation and integration. The mission is clear—dismantle trigger cycles at their origin and restore stability, confidence, and strength to your life.
